I did my schooling for home inspections in Rockford Illinois. The state of Illinois mandated only 60 hours of education. The class was taught with 80 hours, which the state of Illinois eventually mandated for students to get their license.

I also have my associates degree in HVAC/R (heating,air conditioning and refrigeration). I also have my E.P.A license to handle refrigeration.

I have taken Blue Print reading classesand Industrial electricity classes

I'm also a member of InterNACHI. A homeinspector orginization.

Through this orginization I have also taken extra classes. These classes also go towards my continued education, which is required by Wisconsin,Illinois and InterNACHI. Some of these classes were, small commercial inspections, green building inspections,electrical, plumbing, foundations and roofing. These are just a few of the many classes. I'm always taking classes to update my knowledge of the ever expanding fields of residential and small commercial building.
