I have completed many hours of certification from green building, stucco and EIFS to small commercial and all the other required courses needed.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, plumbing and the air conditioning system.  I will notify the client of any item and/or area of concern that is noted. I provide quality color photos with every inspection along with an expalnation of any defects that are found. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.
