When you walk into a potential house , your more or less thinking about the size of the rooms,where your furniture is going to fit..etc. There are alot of things that can get over looked, like, is the electrical safe, is the plumbing o.k,is the roof o.k..etc? These are just a very small fraction of things I look for. You will have enough things occupying your mind with the purchase of a home and let me take care of letting you know the condition of your next biggest investment. This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected.I am determined to perform inspections with the upmost quality, and integrity.  For you, the buyer, I make sure that you know and understand every fact about the property that that is being purchased.
